Privacy Policy
This notice explains how SIA “ITGROUP LV” handles personal data when you visit app.devcorner.eu, create an account, purchase a plan or use a website built with Devcorner.
1. Who is responsible
The controller is SIA “ITGROUP LV”, registration no. 50203475221. Contact us about personal data at [email protected] or +371 223 77 922.
For account, billing and platform-security data, SIA “ITGROUP LV” acts as controller. When a customer uses Devcorner to publish a website or collect enquiries, that customer normally decides why visitor data is collected. The customer acts as controller for that website data, and SIA “ITGROUP LV” processes it on the customer’s instructions to provide hosting and website features.
2. Data and purposes
We may process account name, email, login and security events to create and protect your account and provide support. We process billing contact, company, address, VAT and transaction details to fulfil purchases, issue invoices, administer subscriptions and comply with accounting and tax obligations. Stripe processes payment card details through its checkout; we do not store the full card number or security code.
If you submit a withdrawal, refund or support request, we process the details you provide to identify the contract, respond to you and keep records needed to meet legal duties or handle claims.
We process website settings, pages, uploaded files and customer instructions to host and operate your website. If you use website forms, information submitted by visitors is processed for the website owner. We process technical logs, IP address and browser details as needed to secure, diagnose and maintain the service.
We do not use contract data as blanket marketing consent. We send service and billing notices necessary to operate your account. If we later send optional marketing, we will provide a separate lawful choice where required.
3. Legal bases
We process account and service data because it is necessary to perform the contract or take steps you request before entering the contract. We use billing and transaction data to meet legal obligations. We use limited security and support information for our legitimate interests in protecting the service, preventing abuse and resolving disputes, after considering your rights.
We handle withdrawal and refund notices to comply with consumer and contract law and to respond to your request.
For website visitors’ enquiries and form submissions, the website owner determines the legal basis and must provide visitors with its own notice. We handle that data as a processor under the customer’s instructions and applicable data-protection law.
4. Recipients and international transfers
We share only what is needed with Stripe for checkout and payment processing, Contabo for virtual-server hosting, and our own mail service hosted on that server for account and service messages. SIA “ITGROUP LV” administers the server and limits access to people who need it for support, security and operation.
Some suppliers may process data from locations outside the European Economic Area. Where a transfer occurs, we use a lawful transfer mechanism and safeguards required by data-protection law. Contact us at [email protected] for current details about the hosting location, applicable transfer safeguards or a copy of relevant information.
5. Retention and security
We keep account and website data while your service is active and for a limited period afterwards so that a paused website can be restored. Website databases and files may be retained for up to 90 days after a service is paused. Contact us if you want earlier deletion. We retain invoices and transaction records for as long as required by accounting, tax and limitation rules, and keep support or security records only as long as needed for their purpose.
We apply access controls and technical safeguards appropriate to a hosted service. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure; if a personal-data breach requires notification, we will act as the law requires.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may contact us at [email protected]. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. Some records must be retained to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
If you are a website visitor, contact the business whose website you used first, because it decides how the enquiry is used. You may complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija) at https://www.dvi.gov.lv/en or to the supervisory authority in your place of residence.
7. Cookies and updates
The account and checkout use cookies and similar storage needed for login, security and session continuity. We do not use advertising cookies on this public landing page. Third-party payment pages may use their own necessary cookies under the payment provider’s notice.
We may update this policy when our service or legal obligations change. The current version and date are shown on this page. For a material change affecting an active customer, we will provide notice through the service or by email where appropriate.
