Terms of Service and Purchase
These terms apply when a business or an individual buys or uses the Devcorner website builder at app.devcorner.eu. Mandatory consumer rights always take precedence over anything in these terms.
1. Seller and contact
The service is provided by SIA “ITGROUP LV”, registration no. 50203475221, VAT no. LV50203475221. Contact: [email protected], +371 223 77 922.
The contract is made with SIA “ITGROUP LV”. Stripe provides the payment checkout and payment processing services on our behalf.
2. What the service includes
Devcorner provides access to a hosted website builder, visual editing tools, published website templates, website hosting on a temporary platform address and the features and limits listed for the plan you select. A custom domain, third-party domain registration and services not listed in the selected plan are not included unless stated separately.
The available templates and demos are shown before registration. The pages, blocks, languages, storage and other limits applicable to your website are the limits of the plan version shown at checkout.
You remain responsible for the content, permissions, claims, privacy notices, cookies, products and services on your website, and for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not use the service unlawfully or to infringe another person’s rights.
3. Orders, prices and payment
The plan price and billing period are shown before the order is placed. The checkout identifies any applicable VAT and the total payable before you confirm payment. Prices are charged in euros through Stripe using the payment method you provide.
An eligible new subscription includes a 7-day trial. When the trial ends, the selected plan renews automatically for the selected month or year at the amount shown at checkout, plus applicable VAT, unless you cancel before renewal. If no trial is shown in your checkout, the subscription starts on the date displayed there.
At checkout, you may order one-time page content setup for €50 including VAT per page, up to your plan’s page limit. This charge is collected immediately and separately from the subscription; it is due even if the subscription includes a free trial.
Our 14-day full-refund guarantee covers the first subscription charge and each one-time page setup payment, as described in the Withdrawal and Refund Policy. The setup payment is charged immediately and has a separate 14-day refund period.
Your order is accepted when the payment provider confirms the checkout and we create or activate your service. We will send an electronic order confirmation to the email address you provide.
4. Subscription term and cancellation
A subscription continues for the selected billing period and renews automatically until cancelled. To cancel, sign in to your account, select the relevant website and choose the subscription cancellation option on that website. You may also contact [email protected] for help. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains available through the paid period or trial end, as applicable. Cancellation does not remove rights that the law gives you.
If you cancel during a free trial, no recurring subscription payment is due for that trial. After a paid billing period has started, cancellation normally stops the next renewal and access continues to the paid-through date, subject to mandatory law and any breach or safety restriction.
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a serious security risk, unlawful use, non-payment or material breach. Where practical, we will notify you and give you a chance to resolve the issue. This does not limit consumer remedies for a service that does not conform to the contract.
5. Page content setup
If you order page content setup at checkout, our team prepares the selected pages using the information and materials you supply. You must have rights to provide those materials. For individual customers, page preparation begins after the applicable withdrawal period. The website and editor are available from the start of the free trial.
We will confirm the expected completion date after receiving the necessary materials and page instructions. If we cannot meet that date, we will contact you to agree a reasonable next step. Consumer rights relating to service quality, delivery and withdrawal are not limited by this clause.
6. Customer content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us permission to host, reproduce and process it only as needed to provide, secure, support and improve the service for you.
The Devcorner software, platform, templates and related materials remain owned by SIA “ITGROUP LV” or their respective licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use them as part of the service while your account is entitled to access them. You may not resell or extract the platform or templates as a standalone product.
7. Service changes and availability
We may maintain, update or improve the service and its templates. We will provide material changes in accordance with applicable law and will not use this clause to remove a paid feature contrary to your statutory rights. Short interruptions may occur for maintenance, security or events outside our reasonable control.
We do not promise a particular business result, search ranking, traffic level or uninterrupted availability. This does not exclude any mandatory guarantee or remedy for consumers.
8. Complaints and governing law
Send a complaint or support request to [email protected] and include your account email and a description of the issue. We will review it and respond within 15 working days. If we cannot resolve a consumer dispute, a consumer may contact the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC) or use another available statutory dispute-resolution route.
Latvian law governs these terms, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply in the consumer’s country of residence. A consumer may bring proceedings before the courts available under applicable law. For business customers, the courts of Latvia have jurisdiction unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
